Scaffolding Learner Coach Wythenshawe, Manchester M22 Responsible for coaching, mentoring, tutoring and assessing students on the Scaffolding Level 2 standard Permanent Full Time 37 hours per week Monday to Friday up to £43,000 34 days holidays (inc bank holidays) to start rising to 43 after year 5, support, CPD, induction, IT Kit, eye tests, Long serve rewards, wellbeing initiatives, birthday off, progression opportunities and much more One of the UK’s leading apprenticeship providers is looking for a passionate Scaffolding Learner Coach to join their growing team. The Learning Coach will support the apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours that are required to be demonstrated within the apprenticeship. This will consist of coaching and mentoring sessions, knowledge delivery out in the workplace. You will work closely with other Learning coach’s to ensure that the skills and knowledge learnt in the classroom will be embedded in the workplace. You will take part in discussions with employers to build good relationships and be involved in updating all parties on the apprentice’s journey through progress reviews.
