We are supporting a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Sevenoaks in their search for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, supportive environment and enjoys playing a key role in a close-knit legal team.\n\nThe Team You will join a friendly team of three legal secretaries, providing high-quality support to five fee earners, with the department set to expand further.\n\nKey Responsibilities

* Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to private client fee earners\n\t
\n\t
* Managing diaries, correspondence, and document production\n\t
\n\t
* Preparing and formatting legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail\n\t
\n\t
* Handling telephone enquiries and maintaining strong client service standards\n\t
\n\t
* Managing case files, digital dictation, and general office administration\n\t
\n\t
* Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external organisations\n\t
\n\t
* Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the department\n\t
\n\n\n
Required Experience & Skills
\n\n
\n\t
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a Private Client department is essential\n\t
\n\t
* Strong typing and document production skills\n\t
\n\t
* Excellent organisational abilities and keen attention to detail\n\t
\n\t
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal\n\t
\n\t
* Ability to work effectively within a team and manage a busy workload\n\t
\n\t
* Proactive, professional, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality\n\t
\n\n\n
