Our Roaming Managers support sites across the estate, providing operational cover during holidays, sickness and absence. This is a hands‑on operational role where you will move between pubs and inns, stepping in to ensure smooth, consistent management.
Responsibilities
* Building staff rotas
* Managing the P&L and reporting
* Stock, cash and liquor controls
* Supporting sales and marketing activity
* Leading, coaching and developing the on‑site team
* Ensuring excellent guest experiences at every site, recruit, support and develop high‑performing teams
* Drive standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Generate sales opportunities and contribute to marketing plans
* Work confidently with budgets, forecasts and financial targets
* Maximise revenue and control costs effectively
Qualifications
* Management experience within a premium hospitality setting
* Strong food and drink knowledge
* A solid understanding of financial performance
* Confidence managing bedroom and function enquiries
* A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Willingness to work away from home during the week when required
