We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate and motivated Community Nurse to join our dynamic and innovative team, delivering patient focussed, high quality care to frail older people in their own homes.
You should be able to demonstrate excellent nursing skills, communication, teamwork and organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You will be a first level, adult registered nurse with a desire to develop your career in the community, possess a range of clinical skills and be committed to delivering the best possible care to frail elderly people alongside ANP, nursing and geriatrician colleagues.
Experience of providing care to people in their own homes would be an advantage but is not essential.
