Job Title – Chef De Partie
Pay – £30k+ KPI
Start date – 15th April 2026 (subject to change as the site is still being built)
Hours – 42.5 hours working 5 days out of 7

We are a new Restaurant concept coming to the Cotswold: featuring European inspired small plates that are ingredient led and wood fired. This new concept will form a wider part of the already established and reputable food group which includes, KNEAD bakery as well as Jesse smith & WJ Castle Butchers. You'll be part of a vibrant all-day operation — serving breakfast and lunch seven days a week, with lively supper service on Friday and Saturday nights.
We are an independent, high-quality restaurant and bakery focused on premium baked goods, brunch, wood fired food, coffee, and delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

You are a confident, skilled cook with experience running a section in a professional kitchen. You have strong organisational skills, a passion for producing high-quality food, and the ability to lead and teach others. You thrive in a team environment, take pride in maintaining hygiene and storage standards, and are driven to continually develop your culinary expertise.
Main responsibilities
* Run a kitchen section at either LARDON or KNEAD
* Order produce and maintain stock for your area
* Prepare and maintain food to the correct standard
* Work collaboratively as part of a team
* Show and teach others within the kitchen
* Ensure your section's hygiene, food storage, and preparation areas meet required standards
