We are seeking a candidate who is looking to develop their career within an already established firm.
Duties include:
* Manage a mixed caseload that includes wills, probate, and lasting powers of attorney.
* Independently managing own caseload of private client matters
* Responsible for providing high quality, timely, professional advice.
The successful candidate will have:
* Qualified Solicitor 3+PQE
* Prior experience working in a busy Private Client department
* Professional pro-active approach, strong client care skills and a sensitive and sympathetic understanding of clients’ needs
* Working knowledge of case management systems
