Construction Site Manager Wanted
Manpower Engineering are working with a residential development company who are building a number of affordable properties in Grantown-on-Spey to help them recruit a Construction Site Manager with strong leadership skills.
We're seeking a skilled Construction Site Manager to lead our clients residential development project. From planning to execution, you'll ensure safety, quality, and efficiency every step of the way.
Requirements:
* A proven track record in Construction Site Management
* Expertise in industry regulations and methods
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* CSCS Card and SMSTS Training
* Proficiency in MS software
* First Aid
* Full UK Driving license
Responsibilities:
* Oversee site operations and team productivity
* Resolve technical challenges on-site
* Manage on-site Labour Force
* Coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors
* Maintain site safety and cleanliness
* Conduct regular inspections and meetings
Working hours: 8 per day Monday to Friday
Project Duration: 18 months
