This primary school is a weing and inclusive school with a strongmitment to nurturing every child’s potential. They are currently looking for apassionate and proactive Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support our Key Stage 1 (KS1) pupils, working in small groups with lower ability and SEN children.

1. Support KS1 pupils in small group interventions, focusing on lower ability and SEN needs.
2. Assist in delivering tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO.
3. Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
4. Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to individual learning plans.
5. Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families to support holistic development
What you'll need to succeed :
6. A Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
7. Experience working with children in a primary school setting, particularly KS1.
8. Understanding of SEN strategies and inclusive practices.
9. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning.
10. Amitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.
