The successful Senior Sales Negotiator will be offered:

2. Up to £35,000 OTE with uncapped commission
3. 6-month guaranteed earnings between £30,000 – £35,000

Senior Sales Negotiator requirements:
8. Recent estate agency experience
9. A motivated and hard-working attitude
10. Knowledge of the Mansfield area
11. Strong communication and customer service skills
12. Ambition and a career-driven mindset
13. The ability to work well within a team while bringing individual flair
14. A full UK driving licence
Duties included in the role of a Senior Sales Negotiator:
15. Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
16. Registering applicants and understanding their requirements
17. Matching buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings
18. Proactively calling out new instructions
19. Generating valuations and business opportunities
20. Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
21. Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
