Job Hours: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: 40 hours per week, £30000 per annum
This iconic hotel, situated on its private island, is looking for a Breakfast Chef to join their Kitchen team.

About the Role
As a Breakfast Chef, you’ll lead the morning brigade with energy, skill, and a passion for delivering the perfect start to our guests’ day.
With a focus on fresh, high-quality food, you’ll take ownership of breakfast service and support lunch or conference catering when needed. You’ll set the tone for the kitchen each day, ensuring standards are high, food is prepared with care, and operations run like clockwork.
You’ll play a key role in managing kitchen safety, hygiene, and stock control, while helping to train and motivate the team to exceed expectations. Your professional approach and attention to detail will help create a seamless guest experience, from the first bite to the last.

As a Breakfast Chef, we ask that you take pride in your work and have a willingness to learn. You will have a real passion for food, and you will have excellent attention to detail in order to provide consistent standards. You will be great at multi-tasking, you be able to work efficiently and making sure all dishes are produced to a high standard.
