Salary: £60,000 - 78,000 per year Requirements: We are seeking an Oracle Data Migration Consultant with proven experience in leading data migration within large-scale Oracle Fusion / EBS Finance transformation programs. You should possess strong functional knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchase Orders (PO), General Ledger (GL), and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes and data models. A solid understanding of subledger to GL accounting and reconciliation processes is essential. You must have experience in defining and driving end-to-end data migration processes, including extraction, transformation, loading, and reconciliation. Additionally, demonstrable project management skills—such as sequencing, dependency management, and integration with wider program test cycles—are required. Experience working with and directing technical Project Managers (PMs) and delivery teams is vital, along with strong communication skills necessary to influence stakeholders and lead business engagement. Responsibilities: As the Oracle Data Migration Consultant, I will own the planning and delivery of data migration across key Finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, P2P, and PO. I will define and oversee data extraction, transformation, loading, and reconciliation processes. My role will also involve providing direction to technical PMs and data migration teams to ensure consistency and alignment with program milestones. I will work closely with business stakeholders to drive data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation cycles. My functional expertise will be applied to supplier, customer, and invoice data models, subledger accounting, and integration with the General Ledger. Furthermore, I will develop and maintain migration strategies that align with the wider project plan and testing schedules, while also effectively communicating with senior stakeholders to manage expectations and achieve deliverables.
