The Facilities Supervisor, will be responsible for:
* Supervision of routine planned and periodic cleaning.
* Ensure that the cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following the correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as and when required.
* Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials and order stocks as necessary.
* Deal with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line manager where appropriate.
To be successful for this Facilities Supervisor role you must have:
* Previous supervisory and soft services experience.
* Good communication skills.
* Reliable and hard-working with a professional attitude.
* Work to a schedule on their own initiative.
