What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a school-based support role (preferred but not essential)
Understanding of SEN support strategies, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning needs
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A patient, empathetic approach with the ability to build positive relationships
Adaptability to work across different school environments within Bushey
