About the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced chef to contribute to our award-winning kitchen. This is a full-time position with a base salary of £33,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus an additional £5,000 per year in tips.
Our restaurant operates:
* Dinner service: Wednesday to Saturday
* Lunch service: Friday to Sunday
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* Proven experience in a similar role within a fine dining or multi-rosette environment
* Expertise in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes
* The ability to multitask and perform under pressure
* A strong knowledge of best cooking practices
* A passion for working with high-quality ingredients and delivering exceptional dishes
