About the Role:
As a Guest Experience Manager at The Ashe Hotel, you will manage guest feedback and work closely with all hotel departments with a special focus on F&B to ensure every guest visit is memorable, seamless, and exceeds expectations. You will play a key role in building guest loyalty, maintaining service standards, and driving continuous improvement across the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
· Be the friendly face behind unforgettable stays, making every guest feel seen and cared for
· Welcome feedback with openness and care and resolve any concerns promptly
· Partner closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B to create seamless, feel-good moments
· Champion service standards that feel natural and personal
· Add meaningful personal touches for VIPs, returning guests and special celebrations
· Inspire the team to deliver warm hospitality through support and example
· Listen to guest feedback and closely monitor online reviews through TripAdvisor, and guestfolio
· Working closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food experiences
· Step in when needed to turn challenges into positive, memorable experiences
· Manages VIPS and return stays to ensure repeat guests are acknowledged on their return visit
· Follow up with guests that may have experienced issues
· Create special themed evening to enhance our offerings
· Answer all guest feedback/surveys and responses in timely manner
