To expand our field sales team, we are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join us in Lisburn to grow our e-cigarette business with independent retailers.
What will you be doing?
Your responsibilities as a field sales executive will include:
* Working in the field daily, promoting and distributing SIM cards and e-cigarette products.
* Visiting existing customers and cold-calling to acquire new business.
* Getting to know your customers, greeting them with a smile, and serving them with pride.
* Maintaining good business relationships with new and existing customers.
* Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge.
What does the ideal candidate have?
The ideal applicant should have:
* A competitive spirit and a passion for selling.
* Initiative, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
* Solid experience in a B2B sales environment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* The ability to work under pressure during retailer visits.
* A full driving license (we will provide a small company van).
What can you expect from us?
In return, we offer a basic salary plus uncapped commission, with estimated OTE earnings of up to £30,000 per annum.
