The Opportunity
Starting in May 2026 and ending in October 2026
Spectrum Storage Group is growing and looking to bring great people across departments to help us continue this path. As an Operations Team Assistant - Intern, you will play a crucial role in providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
The Role
Variable working days on rotation
* 5 days a week, Monday - Saturday
Variable hours on rotation
* 8:00 – 17:00
* 9:00 – 18:00
Hybrid working pattern
Salary: National Minimum Wage
* £28,000
Location: London Bridge
* Borough station – 5-minutes' walk
* London Bridge station - 10-minutes' walk
As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with the Ops team to keep our daily operations running efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Operational Support
Assist with daily coordination between warehouse teams, drivers, and customer service
Monitor live operations and flag issues proactively
Update internal systems with accurate item statuses and operational notes
Quality Control
Review photos, item details, and warehouse checks to ensure accuracy
Support exception handling (damages, missing items, incorrect dimensions, etc.)
Help maintain high operational standards across all partners.

Requirements
· Eligible to work in the UK
· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (desirable)
