giving us a steady pipeline of guaranteed internal work. In addition to fleet repairs, we handle select external contracts and non-fault accident repairs, offering stability and volume.
Youll be working closely with a very experienced and efficient team. This is a hands-on opportunity to help shape a growing business from the ground up.

Repair and replace panels on 3.5t vans (primarily medium wheelbase) Carry out body filler work, panel alignment, and refinishing Liaise with the workshop controller to estimate time and costs Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment What Were Looking For:
At least 6 years' experience in panel beating (body filler and quarter panel replacement essential) Confident in both heavy bodywork and high-quality finishing Vocational certification required Reliable, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting Trade Test: Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a paid Saturday trade test to demonstrate capability.
