Job Description
The Property Client Services Manager will:
3. Act as the primary liaison for tenants, fostering positive relationships and resolving queries.
4. Manage facilities and services effectively.
5. Coordinate tenant meetings, variation requests, and new work approvals.
6. Manage room bookings and maximise space utilisation.
7. Support compliance processes, health & safety, and fire risk assessments.
8. Maintain accurate site documentation, contact lists, and security records.
9. Promote available space and facilitate site visits for prospective tenants.
10. Encourage community engagement and health campaigns within sites.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Property Client Services Manager should have:
11. A proactive, organised professional approach with strong relationship-building skills.
12. A passion for delivering excellent service.
13. Minimum 2 year's experience in Facilities or Site Management.
14. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
15. Experience in financial management and budget monitoring.
16. Ability to work independently and prioritise under pressure
17. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
18. A background in building, property or facilities management in the real estate and property sector.
Desirable:
19. Knowledge of healthcare services and systems
20. Health & Safety training (IOSH/NEBOSH)
21. Experience in health centre or large facility environments
