Hair, Beauty and Media Make Up Lecturers and Assessors
Location: Rotherham College, South Yorkshire, United Kingdom
Salary: £18.87 – £19.80 per hour plus holiday pay (dependent on Teaching Qualification)
Vacancy Type: Various hours to cover sickness and holidays, Casual hours
Rotherham Education Services (RES) supply casual and temporary staffing to the RNN Group, which consists of Rotherham, Dearne Valley and North Notts colleges.
Responsibilities
* Deliver teaching and assessment in Hair, Beauty, or Media Make‑up across various levels at Rotherham College, covering sickness or other absence.
* Work with students to ensure they achieve their best potential and support them to overcome challenges.
* Influence and contribute to the college’s provision in this key area.
* Present yourself as a positive role model to students.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Hold a teaching qualification or be working towards one, and/or an Assessors Award.
* Hold an appropriate level professional qualification in either Hair or Beauty.
* Have experience of teaching in a Further Education setting.
* Be well organised and able to manage your own workload.
