Business Systems Analyst
Location: Leeds, hybrid working - 2 days per week in Leeds

Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities
* Lead workshops and meetings to understand business problems and define system requirements.
* Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring clarity in system changes.
* Work closely with Agile scrum teams, translating business/system requirements into user stories and maintaining the development backlog.
* Support the assessment and estimation of system changes based on business priorities.
* Collaborate with external third-party suppliers both in the UK and offshore..
* Contribute to business change pipeline management and recommend system/process improvements.
Business Systems Analyst Requirements
* Strong knowledge of Systems Analysis principles, practices, and tools.
* Experience working within Agile delivery teams, with an understanding of Agile practices and processes.
* Familiarity with all phases of the project and development lifecycle.
* Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
* Proven problem-solving ability and analytical mindset.
* Experience in designing and facilitating requirements-gathering workshops.
* Ability to prepare and deliver reports, analysis, and presentations.
* Proficiency in data extraction, analysis, and manipulation techniques.
* Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases is desirable.
* Experience using Jira/Confluence or other project management tools.
