 
        Eden Brown Synergy is currently working with Cambridgeshire County Council, who are seeking to recruit ten experienced Social Workers to join their Children's Safeguarding Teams on a permanent basis. Positions are available in Huntingdon (PE29 3AD) and Wisbech (PE13 2JD). Duties and Responsibilities: * Managing a complex caseload of children in need, child protection, and care proceedings cases. * Undertaking assessments, planning interventions, and delivering direct work to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and families. * Working collaboratively with multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes. * Preparing and presenting reports for Child Protection Conferences, Court, and Looked After Children Reviews. * Ensuring timely case progression in line with statutory requirements, legislation, and best practice. * Contributing to service improvement and maintaining high professional standards.
