Role: Family Solicitor

A top-ranked Legal 500 and Chambers firm is seeking a Family Solicitor to join their Margate office. The successful candidate will manage a caseload covering private law children, divorce/financial matters, domestic abuse, and unmarried/cohabitation disputes, combining legal aid and private paying work.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct own advocacy and manage caseload independently.
Handle divorce, finances, private law children, domestic abuse, and cohabitation matters.
Support business development by generating private paying work.
Collaborate with colleagues while maintaining autonomy over your caseload.
Requirements
4+ years PQE in Family Law.
Confident in advocacy and independent case management.
Experienced in legal aid and private paying work.
Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
Professional, proactive, and team-focused.
