SEN Teacher Assistant: Full Time, Temp to Perm, Harrow. Start September. A caring, supportive individual is sought to work with children at a special needs school that supports 6th form learners with moderate to complex learning difficulties, using a personalised curriculum in smaller classrooms to help each learner reach their full potential.

Responsibilities
* Maintain safeguarding and health and safety policies of the school
* Provide a personalised approach to supporting each learner
* Use positive behaviour techniques
* Understand how autism spectrum disorder (ASD) can create barriers to learning and implement strategies to overcome them
* Collaborate with support staff to develop personalised strategies to help learners unlock their potential
