About the Role:
We're looking for a confident and driven Credit Controller to join our friendly, fast-paced finance team. You'll play a key role in managing and recovering outstanding debt from schools and nurseries across the country, helping to ensure the financial health of the business.
Reporting into the Group Credit Control Manager, and working as part of a collaborative team of 8, you'll be responsible for:
* Chasing outstanding invoices by phone and email.
* Resolving queries and building strong client relationships.
* Posting and reconciling sales invoices.
* Working closely with internal teams regarding overdue accounts and credit notes.
* Producing monthly Aged Debtor Reports.
* Supporting with ad-hoc finance tasks as needed.
