About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cleaning Services Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our facilities and accommodations maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve targets.
* Guest Experience: Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, improving service, and driving a welcoming atmosphere.
* Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
* Resource Management: Oversee team scheduling, budgets, and resources to maximize efficiency and meet business needs.
* Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and standards.
* Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any operational issues that arise, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
* Training and Development: Support team development through ongoing training, mentoring, and creating growth opportunities.
Requirements:
* Proven Leadership Experience: Proven experience in roles such as Cleaning Manager, Housekeeping Manager, or a similar leadership position within cleaning operations or facilities.
* Strong Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with prior experience managing large teams.
* Attention to Detail: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Customer Service: Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
* Health and Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Budgeting Experience: Experience in budgeting and financial management.
* Flexibility: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
