Teaching Assistants Needed Tamworth
Pay: £87 - £92 per day (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons and assist with classroom management.
* Help students stay focused, engaged, and on task.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to enhance students' learning and development.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment for all students.
* Assist with preparing classroom resources and supporting general classroom activities.
* Report any concerns or issues to the appropriate staff members.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is essential.
* Enhanced DBS Check: Must be registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
* Passion for Education: A strong commitment to supporting and inspiring students.
* Communication Skills: The ability to effectively engage with students, staff, and parents.
* Organisational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work independently.
