Service and Support Engineer
GBP28,000 : GBP30,000 + Training and Development Oppourtunities
40 hours per week : Monday to Friday (flexible start/finish times) : UK travel required
23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays : Pension Scheme : Full Training Provided
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service and Support Engineer to join a specialist engineering company based in Moreton in Marsh.
This varied role will see you working on:site across the UK, supporting customers with service, commissioning, and installation of sustainable technologies. Its a hands:on position that offers full training, technical variety, and genuine long:term career prospects.
Role and Responsibilities:

Service, fault find and commission MVHR, heat pumps and central vacuum systems
*
Provide technical support to clients on:site, by phone and by email
*
Carry out site surveys, installations and attend project meetings
*
Complete accurate documentation after each visit
*
Travel nationwide to support customer projects
What were looking for:
*
Background in mechanical, electrical or plumbing (refrigeration experience a bonus)
*
Previous field service or customer:facing experience desirable
*
Problem:solving mindset with a flexible, hands:on approach
*
Full UK driving licence (over 25 for insurance purposes)
