Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic DevOps Engineer to work at forefront of our cloud modernization within our Credit & Verification Services.
You will be #LI-hybrid based in Hyderabad and reporting to Director Engineering.
Responsibilities
* You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
* Contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
* Contribute to reusable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules
* Provision and manage resilient & scalable infrastructure on AWS.
* Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health and observability.
* Ensure infrastructure meets standards for security, compliance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
* Contribute to building internal DevOps capabilities.

Experience and Skills
* Qualified with a degree in B.Sc. in Computer Science, MCA in Computer Science, Bachelor of Technology in Engineering, or higher.
* 1 or more years of experience in DevOps roles within software engineering.
* Experience in building and supporting cloud-native solutions on AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud.
* Experience working in agile teams.
* Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in DevSecOps practices.
* Automation-first mindset – consistently seeks opportunities to automate manual tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce operational overhead.
Required Technical Skills & Knowledge:
* Understanding in setting up CI/CD using tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Harness, Gitlab, GitHub, AWS Code Build, AWS Code Deploy or Azure Pipelines.
* Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation, Terraform and/or AWS CDK.
* Basic understanding and experience working with networking.
* Strong Scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python for automation and tooling.
* Understanding and Having worked with Docker or Kubernetes, Amazon EKS preferred.
* Understanding of cloud security principles and IAM policy design.
* Experience working in Agile environments and contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Desirable & Useful skills:
* Experience with Gitlab, Github actions.
* Familiarity with server less architectures.
* Exposure to AI/ML tools and their integration into DevOps workflows.
* Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimisation strategies.
* AWS Certifications (e.g. Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) are a strong plus.
* Understanding and experience with Gen erative AI (GenAI) in DevSecOps and software engineering context.
