Salary: 30K-35K Basic + uncapped commission (12K OTE)

REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience in a B2B sales role is preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Technology fluent: Comfortable adapting to new technologies and leveraging AI in day-to-day work
* A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Own the outbound engine: Drive high-quality prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Execute ABM strategy: Research accounts, uncover pain points, and engage buying committees
* Qualify & convert: Book quality discovery meetings based on fit, need, and urgency
* Leverage tech & AI: Use HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and AI tools to personalise outreach and gain insights
* Be curious: Understand customer businesses, not just sell services
* Attend training sessions to continuously develop skills
