HGV C+E Driver Salary – £16.08 per hour Hours – 46.5 hours, Wednesday to Sunday Location – Herefordshire
As an HGV C+E Driver at FCC Environment, you will operate a Hook Lift HGV to manage the transportation of waste between company sites within the Worcester or Herefordshire area. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our waste management processes and upholding our high safety and service standards.
This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week.

What will you be doing?
· Undertaking lorry driving duties related to waste management facilities in Herefordshire and Worcestershire
· Performing daily vehicle safety inspections and reporting any defects
· Operating hook lift equipment safely and in line with procedures
· Securing loads in compliance with safety systems
· Maintaining accurate driver records and complying with transport legislation
· Wearing issued uniform and PPE at all times
· Interacting politely with the public
· Performing any additional tasks reasonably required by your line manager or supervisor
What are we looking for?
· A qualified HGV driver with a clean C+E driving licence
· Experience with HGV vehicles (essential)
· Experience operating hook lift equipment (desirable)
· Knowledge of the local area is advantageous
· A self-motivated individual who can work independently
· Commitment to high safety standards and professional conduct
