Job Overview
Crewforce, the nation’s leading provider of electricians and solar technicians, is seeking entry-level Solar Prefabrication Technicians to join our team. This is a hands-on, outdoor position ideal for individuals looking to start or grow a career in the solar industry. You’ll assist with assembling, preparing, and staging solar components to support large-scale solar installations.
Responsibilities
* Perform outdoor prefabrication of solar components according to project specifications.
* Follow updated NEC codes to ensure compliance and safety standards.
* Work closely with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.
* Use hand and power tools to cut, assemble, and prepare materials for installation.
* Adhere to company and site-specific safety protocols.
Requirements
* Must provide your own tools and PPE (safety gear).
* Familiarity with updated NEC codes is required.
* Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
* Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
* Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Compensation & Benefits
* Starting Pay: $17–$20+ per hour (based on experience).
* Weekly pay for consistent income.
* Referral Bonuses: Earn up to $250 for successful referrals (ask for details!).
