Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only
Salary: 100- 125 per day (depending on experience)

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Wandsworth is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities.
The Role:
* Supporting individual pupils or small groups with additional needs
* Assisting the class teacher in adapting learning materials and activities
* Helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
* Collaborating with SENCO, therapists, and other staff to deliver personalised support
* Promoting positive behaviour and social development
The Ideal Candidate:
* Has experience working with children with SEN (in a school or care setting)
* Is patient, empathetic, and highly motivated
* Has strong communication and teamwork skills
* Can adapt to different needs and learning styles
* Holds a relevant qualification (desirable but not essential)
