About the role: Receptionist Activate Learning are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Bracknell College. This dynamic and high-traffic role plays a key part in delivering an excellent first impression to everyone who visits or contacts the college. You will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, delivering an exceptional front-line customer experience both in person, over the phone, and via digital channels. Your professionalism and efficiency will help to raise the reputation of Activate Learning and set it apart from other providers. The role primarily involves meeting and greeting customers and students at reception, signing them in, and working closely with the admissions team to ensure smooth and effective operations-especially during peak periods such as lunchtime, when additional support and coverage are critical. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our Bracknell College campus. What do you need to be successful as a Receptionist at Activate Learning? The ideal candidate will be resilient and solutions focused and able to multi task. The ability to input data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that records are kept up to date and changes are recorded in line with GDPR and our Privacy policies. You will be confident working independently and within a team.
