We’re seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager with a strong background in cloud architecture, service delivery, and client engagement to serve as a strategic advisor to our enterprise clients. This role demands a blend of deep technical acumen and consultative leadership to help customers optimise their cloud environments and align infrastructure strategy with business outcomes. As our Technical Account Manager, you’ll architect and evolve cloud roadmaps, lead performance tuning and capacity planning and ensure SLA adherence across our managed services portfolio. You’ll be the technical voice of the customer, driving proactive engagement and continuous improvement. Have strong expertise in public & private cloud platforms (Azure), VMware, and hybrid cloud solutions. Have a solid understanding of networking, virtualisation, Windows and storage solutions. Have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify optimisation opportunities. Have excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
