The Role
We are seeking an
analytical, creative, and forward-thinking SEO Expert
to lead and execute our search strategy. You'll be responsible for
repurposing video scripts into written content
, conducting deep
keyword research
,
building backlinks
, and optimising both our
website
and
sector pages
to improve rankings and visibility on Google.
AI tools will be central to your workflow — assisting with keyword clustering, SERP analysis, content drafting, and competitor monitoring — while your expertise ensures strategies remain tailored, effective, and compliant with evolving search algorithms.
This is a
remote, part-time role
with significant scope to grow as our content and SEO activity expands.
Key Responsibilities
* Repurpose
YouTube scripts
into SEO-optimised blogs, newsletters, and LinkedIn articles.
* Conduct
keyword research
to identify ranking opportunities and map content to high-value search terms.
* Build and manage
backlink strategies
to improve domain authority and site visibility.
* Optimise the
main website
and sector-specific pages for search engine performance.
* Use
AI tools
for keyword clustering, topic ideation, content optimisation, and competitor insights.
* Track rankings, traffic, conversions, and provide regular SEO performance reports.
* Stay ahead of
Google algorithm updates
and adjust strategies proactively.
* Ensure consistency across
SEO, YouTube, and email funnels
to maximise reach and conversions.
What We're Looking For
Core Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in
SEO strategy
, content optimisation, and organic growth.
* Strong knowledge of
Google Search Console

Google Analytics
,
SEMrush
,
Ahrefs
, or similar tools.
* Ability to
write or repurpose content
aligned with search intent and user experience.
* Confident using
AI tools
for keyword research, optimisation, and SERP analysis.
* Strong understanding of
Google algorithm updates
and how to adapt strategies effectively.
* Up-to-date with
SEO best practices
, trends, and ranking factors.
* Analytical mindset with strong reporting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with content creators, designers, and marketing leads.
Desirable Experience:
* Hands-on experience with
technical SEO
(site speed, indexing, schema, mobile optimisation).
* Familiarity with
YouTube SEO
and how it connects to Google search.
* Proven results in
link-building and outreach
