Taskmaster is recruiting for a Welder on behalf of our client based in the Upton / South Elmsall area. This is a hands-on welding role within a busy manufacturing environment, ideal for someone experienced in MIG welding and looking for stable work through the year.
This is a temp to perm role, with a contract after 13 weeks
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am 3:15 pm
Friday: 7:00 am 1:30 pm
Optional Overtime: Saturday 6:00 am 12:00 pm
Pay:
£15 per hour, paid weekly
Overtime (paid after 38.5hrs) - £21.85 per hour
Main Duties:
Carry out MIG welding on steel components to a high standard
Read and interpret technical drawings
Ensure all work meets health and safety, and quality standards
Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets
Candidate Requirements:
Proven MIG welding experience
Ability to read and understand drawings
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Good attention to detail and quality finish
