Key Responsibilities
* Perform deep cleaning tasks, including mopping floors, washing walls and windows, and removing trash.
* Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as power washers, floor scrubbers, and commercial vacuums.
* Ensure all cleaning activities comply with established health and safety protocols.
* Clean and disinfect restrooms, locker rooms, break rooms, and other shared spaces.
* Use chemical cleaning agents and power equipment responsibly to avoid damage to surfaces and fixtures.
* Report maintenance issues, damages, or required repairs promptly to management.
* Handle and dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with safety regulations.
* Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Clean and maintain office spaces to a high standard.
* Empty waste bins and dispose of refuse appropriately.
* Perform additional tasks as assigned by management, within the scope of the role and capabilities.
