Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Support Analyst, based in Norwich with some work from home flexibility. The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical problems, performing diagnostics, and addressing customer inquiries through various communication channels. The role involves working closely with other teams to enhance product functionality and user experience.
