Overview: Provide exceptional hospitality across all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bar, in‑room dining, conference & banqueting, and special events.
Responsibilities
* Full management responsibility for all restaurant, bar, in‑room dining, conference & banqueting, and special events operations.
* Lead and motivate a team of food & beverage experts to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
* Develop and manage the F&B budget, monitor sales, and maintain profitability.
* Plan and manage staff rosters, stock control, and procurement.
* Drive continuous improvement and staff development initiatives.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in a senior food and beverage management role within a busy hospitality environment.
* Strong operational knowledge and commercial awareness in the F&B sector.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and develop future hospitality leaders.
* Excellent numeracy, literacy, organisation, and planning skills.
* Experience in budgeting and revenue‑driven sales management.
