Production Operative, Whitehaven Pay Rate: £12.21 - £14.24 per hour. Our manufacturing client is looking for a number of temporary Production Operatives to support them in a peak period. Hours include days & early & late shifts therefore flexibility is required to work all shifts. Working Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (earlier finish on Fridays) Key Responsibilities: Working on a production line to assist in preparing products for distribution. Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, or production environment. Immediate availability to start work. Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent timekeeping. Commitment to maintaining high standards and following safety protocols.
