What you’ll be doing: As the Delivery Lead for Freely, you will contribute agile leadership and delivery management to empower coaching, operational excellence, and stakeholder communication. Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning and Showcases, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) and follow up on actions for true continuous improvement Guide the team in capacity planning and sprint goal setting, supporting self-organization and high performance Remove obstacles and blockers to ensure smooth delivery, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and external stakeholder (managing dependencies) Work with Product Owners to maintain a healthy product backlog: prioritize, define, estimate, and ensure actionable tasks are always ready for the team. Continually enhance JIRA workflows, dashboards, sprint goals, and story tagging to increase clarity and efficiency. Facilitate risk analysis and mitigation, ensuring early identification and proactive management of delivery risks Run Bug Review Meetings with QA to address defects, prioritize fixes, and clarify requirements Communicate sprint statistics and data (e.g., velocity, burndown, defect counts, test pass rates, team capacity) to support transparency and informed decision making What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey: Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Delivery Lead or similar role in digital, Agile environments Demonstrated experience in managing cross-team dependencies to ensure effective delivery Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies and frameworks, including hands-on experience with JIRA Excellent communicator who can tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiences Familiarity with software delivery, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices Skilled at facilitating teams, resolving conflicts, and fostering continuous improvement Demonstrated capability in identifying delivery risks and leading effective mitigation actions; experience supporting teams through change or transformation is a plus Hands-on experience or strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and DevOps practices is a plus Why you’ll love working with us!
