We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Services Team Leader to manage and deliver high-quality cleaning services across a social housing portfolio.This is a hands-on role leading a dispersed team of cleaners across multiple sites, including HMOs, hostels, sheltered housing and office environments. You will ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard, while supporting staff and engaging positively with residents and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple sites
* Supervise, support and motivate cleaning staff
* Plan rotas, allocate workloads and carry out quality inspections
* Oversee void, deep and specialist cleans
* Ensure compliance with health and safety and COSHH regulations
* Act as the main point of contact for cleaning service enquiries and feedback
About You
* Previous experience supervising or leading cleaning teams
* Knowledge of cleaning standards within social housing or similar settings
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Calm, professional approach in sensitive environments
* Full UK manual driving licence
