Commercial Contracts Lawyer – 12-month FTC | Uxbridge | £80,000+
Parkside have partnered with a global organisation to recruit a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their international legal team on a 12-month fixed term contract, with strong potential to become permanent.
You will:
* Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
* Advise the business on commercial risk and compliance matters
* Support day-to-day legal queries and key projects across the UK and international markets
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent, 3+ years PQE
* Experience in commercial contracts, ideally in-house
* Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness
Location & Working Pattern:
* Based in Uxbridge (hybrid – minimum 3 days in office)
* UK-based with right to work in the UK
* Some international travel may be required
