Produce data for Design of Contracts project handover including equipment/supplier/sub-contractor procurement schedule, identify PED category of system and inform compliance team if CAT 4, calculate system refrigerant charge, produce a high-level program of works and high-level phasing if required. This is a remote working role but attendance at the Leicester office will be required, as will site visits and surveys.
Responsibilities
* Design and propose light industrial and commercial systems, detailing costs and designs to customers while adhering to legislative and customer requirements.
* Create designs from initial brief/drawings in line with company and industry standards.
* Produce detailed designs including cold room heat load calculations, cabinet heat load calculations, engineering sheets, pipework isometric drawings, equipment selections, and pipe sizing.
* Provide data for contract handover: procurement schedule, PED category identification, notify compliance if CAT 4, refrigerant charge calculations, and high-level program and phasing.
