You will own the testing strategy, work hands-on where needed and guide a small team to deliver better, faster and more consistent quality. This is a chance to influence tools, processes and culture rather than inherit someone else’s way of working.
What you’ll do
* Lead and evolve the QA function, bringing structure and clarity to how testing is done.
* Drive automation and choose the tools that work best.
* Collaborate closely with engineering and product to embed quality earlier.
* Mentor testers and uplift capability across the board.
What you bring
* Strong background in manual and automated testing.
* Experience with frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright.
* Confidence to lead, coach and set high standards.
* Enjoy working in environments where you can fix problems, modernise practices and leave things better than you found them.
