* The successful candidate will have a strong background in programme development, both non-technical and audit-technical course content, and preferably with experience of regulatory reporting requirements.
* The ideal candidate will be able to take learning needs and translate these into learning objectives and key learning outcomes, and then coordinate an appropriate response to these.

About the Role

* This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our Learning Development team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality learning solutions.
* As a Learning Development Expert, you will work closely with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to design and develop learning content that meets the needs of our learners.
* You will be responsible for reviewing content written by other members of the team, maintaining quality control, and ensuring consistency across all learning materials.
* In addition, you will develop and maintain relevant business relationships, support the delivery of programmes, and collaborate with the Innovation and Technology team to leverage innovation and technology in learning design.

Your Skills and Qualifications

* To be successful in this role, you will need excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as strong data-analytics and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with designing and developing technical learning content is essential, and formal L&D qualifications would be an advantage but are not essential.
* You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team, demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, and be able to influence agendas and drive forward activities.
