The Role: You'll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance across a high-profile facility. This includes fault-finding, testing, repairs, and ensuring all compliance, safety and documentation standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance. Respond quickly to breakdowns, diagnose faults and complete repairs. Conduct routine checks and inspections. Manage and prioritise electrical workload across the site. Complete all documentation accurately for audits and compliance. Supervise subcontractors on site. Ensure all work meets client, health & safety, and legislative standards. Support mechanical, electrical and water treatment PPMs. Work with BMS systems, including humidity controls.
