As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you wi Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a variety of additional needs Assist teachers in adapting and delivering a personalised curriculum Encourage student engagement, independence, and progress Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals Enjoy flexible placements — short-term, long-term, and potential permanent roles About the Schools Inclusive SEND schools supporting children and young people aged 4–19 Cater for a wide range of needs, including autism, social and emotional needs, and complex learning difficulties Supportive environments offering CPD, training, and development opportunities Positive, welcoming teams with a strong focus on wellbeing and collaboration About You We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in supporting children or young people with SEND (in school, care, or community settings) Patient, resilient, and passionate about helping every child reach their potential A strong communicator who builds positive relationships quickly A team player with a proactive and flexible approach You must be able to provide professional references and complete an Enhanced DBS check (registered on the Update Service or willing to apply). All staff registered with Vision Education will undergo thorough interviewing and referencing checks. *All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
