3. Lead and support change programmes, restructures and TUPE Projects
4. Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior management and stakeholders.
5. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organisational objectives.
6. Support workforce planning and organisational change initiatives.
7. Collaborate with line managers to address performance management and development needs.
8. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
9. Previous experience working as a HR Business Partner with a strong HR generalist background
10. Excellent working knowledge of UK employment law, including TUPE and union engagement
11. Confident managing ER matters, driving organisational change and shaping people solutions
12. Skilled communicator who can influence, coach and build strong relationships at all levels
13. A proactive problem solver who combines critical thinking with a collaborative, people-first approach
14. CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) with a commitment to continuous professional development
What's on Offer
15. Salary c£50k - £60k (dependant on experience)
16. Based in Torquay, hybrid working 2/3 days in the office.
17. 12 month contract.
